We currently only provide shipping for the United States only. The weekend, certain holidays, after hours, and on days when we are closed is not counted as part of the transit time. ex. Orders shipped on Friday with Ground shipping method will start the transit time on Monday. Same for any shipping method as well as the express shipping options. Please be advised that choosing any expedited shipping method on a Friday or when our office is closed will not get processed until the following business day. There is no refund on the shipping charges.


Standard shipping time:  USPS First Class Mail delivery time 2 to 4 days +  1-2 business days order processing time based on your location. 


We are not responsible for any lost packages during transit or stolen packages. We recommend to please file a claim with the carrier (USPS) responsible for delivering your package.



All Jewelry and Accessories are FINAL SALE. Due to health and safety concerns, we DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you believe you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise, you must submit a request within 5 days of the delivery received date and provide a photo of the defective item and the emailed packing slip. If we made a mistake with your order we will cover all shipping and handling back to us. Please email us at to submit a request for damaged, incorrect or missing merchandise.


• Refunding Shipping Fee: Original shipping charges paid at the time of order placed are refunded

• Request to Cancel Orders: Customer is responsible for all shipping fees when a request is made to cancel an order after the order has shipped.


Please allow 72 hours for an email response. Response times vary. If you have not received a response within 72 hours please resend your message, as this could be due to your message going into a spam folder. Emails are answered in the order they are received.
